My jeep won't start

I'm having issues getting signal to starter from ignition I've replaced starter and nothing. It's getting Power I checked the nss is OK I believe and the only other thing I can think of is that the anti theft system is messing up bc when I put myou key and turn it the no key symbol pops up. This is a 2003 wj 4.0. And it's had the ecu replaced b4 I Bought it. Any help would be appreciated

Re: My jeep won't start

Welcome to the garage.
So the starter motor doesn´t work at all? Do you hear the starter relay clicking when trying to start? The anti theft system will not prevent the starter from working and in fact will let the engine start normally, but after a few seconds the engine will stop.
I would first swap the starter relay with an other from the same type in the power distribution center (PDC) under the hood. (Horn relay or wiper motor relay are the same, so you can use one of them to swap). Also check fuse #8 (40A) in the PDC and fuse #31 (10A) on the junction block under the steering wheel area.
If this doesn´t help, it will be time to start measuring. But first let us know the results sofar.

Does it crank or does nothing happen when you turn the key?
