I installed a Spectra Premium in my jeep ( 4.7) (which is a bit different then for the 4.0), and im quite satisfied with it. Rockauto.com has it for $ 110.79 (for the 4.0).
Just look for a discount code on google or so to get some $$ off.
thanks frank.

Re: New radiator and trans fittings leaking

I didn't encounter any problems with the fittings on the Spectra Premium radiator.

No, no need for that. The radiator came already with the fittings installed, just install the radiator and connect the lines.

That's what I questioned when my radiator came in, why are the fittings even removable? There's a flare connection on the tranny lines and then a male-male fitting that goes into the radiator. Why don't they just make it accept the flare fitting and be done with it. Apparently someone got smart and you got that radiator. It will be the next brand I buy once this one fails in 100k miles.
