No brake lights with headlights

I've got a 99 WJ 4.0 with a brake light problem. When the headlights aren't on, they work fine. When the headlights are on, only the 3rd brake light works. I've replaced bulbs, fuses, and even the housings. Nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this problem?

Also, the right turn signal goes crazy fast and the rear turn signal doesn't even light. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance guys

Re: No brake lights with headlights

Many times this problem is caused by bad contact of the sockets in the light housing. But you changed the sockets as well, didnt you? Did you measure for voltage when they dont work? Its normal that the frequency of the blinkers increases when one bulb is out/ burnt.

Re: No brake lights with headlights

Also check grounds back there and make sure you have good continuity to the body. Bad grounds will cause all of your issues and then some.
