no heat 2000 WJ

no heat either side. did diagnostic and codes 15 & 16 came up. any help out there? thanks

Re: no heat 2000 WJ

I would start with a battery disconnect for 5 minutes and see if that would make any difference. The codes will be reset and you can see if the same will come back. When no cure, try the calibration as mentioned at the above site. Let us know how it went.
