Angry Noise when turning wheels to the left

Today, a new noise showed up. Whenever I turn my wheels to left, there's a loud clicking/rubbing noise on the front left tire area. I did a quick inspection but couldn't see anything obvious. The noise occurs when I'm in forward and reverse, and when the wheels are turn around 3/4 to the left.

Just had my tires rotated on Thursday. Engine also seems to be running rough when under 40mph.

Any ideas?

Re: Noise when turning wheels to the left

If a tire is rubbing on something, you should be able to see marks. They did fasten all wheel bolts?

I'm going to assume they did. It was Belle Tire, though. I don't have anything to tighten the bolts with, unfortunately. It doesn't sound like a rub, though. It's too patterned of a clicky sound.

Re: Noise when turning wheels to the left

Independent of your complaints, it would be wise to have the right size wheel nut socket or similar tool onboard all the time, to be able to change a wheel when necessary.
If you could record the sound, it could maybe give us a better idea what it could be.
