If i was to replace my stat housing at the same time as my stat is a high flow like the one in the link worth it or should i just install bog standard one

I find it hard to believe you're gaining anything from a thermostat housing.Just my opinion though.

You wont notice any improved performance. I would expect better cooling and faster heating during warm up but that is about it. If you are not having any problems with your cooling system, I wouldnt waste that kind of money. Just my $.02. Keep the change.
