Here attached the TSB from JEEP stating that the solenoid is a separately replaceable part.

Thanks. I already have this TSB. Took it to the dealer with me. Nope. Not available separately. Only available on the assembly...

In case you have to change the solenoid and you canīt find it anywhere, hereīs a site from Germany where they sell the solenoid. Goes for 178,83 Euros + shipping.

Still very strange though that they sell it there and that you canīt find it in the US.

Had this same issue close to a yr ago.,was intermittent for about 2 weeks. Was also told same thing about buying the whole assembly for approx $1100.,.ultimately it stopped and has not returned since
