P1762 & p1763

Good morning, my 2000 grd cherokee laraedo has these codes but no shift or driveability concern's noted. Any ideas ?

Welcome to the garage.
Presume you have a 4.0 engine with 42RE transmission.
These 2 codes are from the governor pressure sensor and solenoid inside the transmission. Normally they pop up when you really have some shifting problems. Since you don't have them (yet), i think the best is to reset the codes (with a scanner, or just remove the negative battery cable for a minute or so) and see if they come back. If they come back, you probably could better change these 2 components. There could be a line pressure problem and clutches/bands could start slipping without you noticing it now, but it could wear your clutches/bands in a short time.
