Question please help

need help i have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee limited and just today three of my 4 doors wont lock or the window wont come down and the interior light wont go off unless i turn the dash lights completely off i have see info for the locks but i havent seen anything for this please help

This sort of thing is most likely a broken wire in the door jam. There is a rubber "accordion" looking tube between the door and the front panel. You can peal it back and look for a broken wire in the tube. They break there and since the door locks, Windows and some lights go through the switches, those wires can make strange things happen. The wires are bent every time you open the door so this is a likely trouble spot.

Yes, agree with this advise. The wires in the door boots are in fact too rigid to bend and they will break at a certain point in time. Had it happen to my jeep some years ago and did a "temporary" repair by just soldering the broken wire together. This temporary repair is still there though. Until it will break again, then i will change the whole wire. Its mostly the thickest black wire which breaks.
