Hey everyone i have a problem that i cant figure out. the power door locks and windows on the driver side door will only work with the door shut. the fuse is fine and the other doors work while open. Any help would be appreciated.

Many related problems are caused by a broken wire in the rubber door boot. It can be that it doesn´t make contact with the door open, but does with the door closed. This is probably not so easy to see, because the insulation of the wire is probably still ok and only the wire broken internally. Maybe by moving the wires in the boot, you can make it work again and find the broken one. I had such a problem before, and also my cabin lights didn´t go out anymore.

If you don't find any broken wires in the boots then you are probably having a PCI bus failure.
