Re: rear axle.shafts

No, Quadra Drive axles are different length then Quadra Trac II axles, so can not be mixed.

Re: rear axle.shafts

If the noise is only there during tight turns, it most probably is a lack of the limited slip additive.
Did you make several tight figure 8īs after the fluid change? This is necessary to get the fresh fluid in the diff locks and to let the additive do its job.

Re: rear axle.shafts

The Vari Lok which sits inside the quadra drive diffs, has a g-rotor pump, which is driven by the speed difference between the two shafts. As long as you drive straight, there is no speed difference and no fluid moving in the Vari Lok. When making tights 8īs, the speed difference is at its max and the fresh fluid will be spread where it is needed. Give it a try, and add some more additive if that doesnīt help.
