Rebuilt 4.7 01 Grand Cherokee

Not sure if I posted this in the right place earlier I'm new on here but I have a 2001 Grand Cherokee 4x4 4.7L I just had the motor rebuilt due to bad rod bearings overall from tear down to reinstalling the motor took about 3 or 4 weeks now I have a real rough idle and this problem was not present before tear down I have cleaned the throttle body and IAC which did not help I put the exact same style plugs back in and have checked all the coils with none showing to be bad there is no check engine light on to tell me what may be going on while test driving it after rebuild it has tons of power and runs out great just wont idle worth a dang any help from some jeep guys out there would be appreciated thanks in advance

Did you already check for a vacuum leak at the intake plenum, or that a hose or tube was forgotten to be connected.

Yeah but if a tooth off wouldn't it interfere?

Yes everything is new the entire engine has been gone thru and completely new gaskets o-rings the whole 9 yards redone and timing is dead on I went to dodge dealership and got all printouts for timing and spent 2 whole days on timing to make sure it was right before dropping the motor back in like I said earlier when I test drove it it has all the power in the world and great throttle response just idles extremely rough when sitting and acts like it wants to die but hasn't yet

The more u drive it if there is an issue with the system electorally it will turn on a check engine light. IF nothing basic u can see if the issue I would ride with it for awhile.
