I think that nobody ever bothered too much about it to really find a solution.
I have never taken the whole dash out to have a look at all the airducts. There is no other door in the AC system which is separate between left and right.

I was searching online and it might have been on another forum (not sure which) and they said that right under the passenger side dash, you can take out the blower motor and behind the blower motor there is a flap or something that breaks or just doesn't work anymore and try said to do something with a zip tie, ill try looking into when I get some time and post anything I can find about it.

WHat is your currant issue no or low air flow from a non ATC system ?

When you have the switch to where it's coming from the top vents, only one vent seems to have more air coming from it then the others. The driver side one in the middle. All the others seem to not blow out very much. No matter what setting it's on. I also can barely notice anything coming from the foot vents
