shifter button help

ok so the shifter button on my jeep broke. I have been using my finger to wedge in there to shift it from neutral to drive for about a month. My finger hurts lol, question is i only need the button and well you just cant buy the button. i was looking on the bay and i found a few shifters the whole assembly. I was wondering will any button work?? are the laredo and the limited the same drive shifter? if anyone knows anything about this some help would be great. thanks again./

01 grand cherokee limited btw...

Joe

Re: shifter button help

As far as I know Joe as long as you get the right shifter for your t case you should be fine. Ie Quadratrac ,Quadradrive or Selectrac.
