start bolts on 2000 jeep grand cherokee 4.7L

I am having trouble breaking lose the mounting bolts to the starter on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee which has a 4.7L engine with 4W Drive, I have hit them with PB Blaster a few times, and am still not able to get them to break lose, the starter that is on there is the one that was put on there when the vehicle was made. Any suggestions or advice would be great.

Maybe some hits with a hammer on the bolt heads will help. Or using a T-handle with a long(er) arm can do the trick. An impact tool can do wonders as well.

no room for an impact, have tried the hammer, main probelm is the limited amount of work space available with out moving the control arm.

Then the only way is to use an as long as possible arm on the socket to get it loose.
