These guys for blender door fix kit ?

http://www.jgcparts.com/JGCParts_Jee...rnational.html

Product and Install seems well explained.
Anyone used this product ?
Is there any other alternitive on the market ?

Dont think mine will last out too much longer. I have all the error codes and have to constantly turn the heat up/down to get the doors to reset.

Thanks

Looks right to me! Are you looking to do the single zone or dual zone repair?

I bought the Mopar Kit for RHD around 100 for my 2001 (Now sold), the kit had uprated flaps and drives. Had the Jeep 12 months before I sold it. Took around 1 Hour to do.

Here's the other seller.

I used his kit on my 99. It's a pretty easy fix.....unless you plan on removing the entire dash.

+1 for these doors. They are made from aircraft grade aluminum and can withstand more force than the actuators are able to produce. I did the dash removal method which honestly is not hard at all and replaced the evaporator coil, heater core, both blend doors and the recirc door while I was in there. All in all it took about a day and that was with taking it to the dealer to have them recharge the system. On a side note I had them installed on my WJ for a total of around 70,000 miles until I traded it and never had a single issue with my HVAC the entire time plus no more creaking from behind the dash as they moved and that's with using it everyday here in Florida.

Here is a link that was invaluable to me when I did mine. http://www.wjjeeps.com/hvac_sub_assembly.htm

I tried to follow the wjjeeps.com link and the pictures wouldn't load. Is there another website that contains this information?
