Sorry, time to find another dealer/shop, or another tech and writer to work with. I have NEVER heard of a reputable shop attempting repairs by flushing the trans. 1st step if you have problems is to pull the pan, at that point sure I could see flushing being a logical (I SAID LOGICAL NOT RIGHT
) step if there is alot of metal in the pan. but still flushing doesn nothing but cover up an underlying concern, if something is failing a flush wont fix it
I think you would have a case to talk to the service manager, go in with your stack of checkoff sheets that all indicate all fluid levels good and then ask why you were charged? So long as your nice, I could see them working with you.
