Started last year with my turn signals not operating till either car warmed up or something out of no where would let then work and at times as I had the lever down for a left turn the lamp would stop working. So checked ALL fuses and good.

So purchased new turn signal switch and same shit! I took apart the old one and plugged in the board and started checking voltage. The 2 pins that either supply voltage or send V out only has about 5/6 I'm lost!!

Did you check the solders inside the turn signal combination flasher? They can get loose over time, causing bad contact.

This relay sits on the junction block, under the dash. Above the fuses. its a known issue that this electronic relay can give problems due to bad solders. You can check them, or just solder them again.

I would expect the turn signal switch stalk. You could try to get some electrical contact cleaner in the stalk and see if it does any good.
