I don't think so but I could be wrong, They had to order a wire harness directly from a dealer and the total repair bill is going to be $800

Because you mentioned all the steering wheel controls and horn i was thinking about the clockspring, but that one would not be that expensive.

OK So I finally found the problem

**Drum-roll Please**

It was the Alternator and the battery (Because it was not being charged enough)

But for the $800 I got a tune up, The Harness, Oil Change, And all fluids topped off (If needed) and checked
