Weird Steering vibration/slight wobble

Moms 2003 WJ with the 4.7L HO is having a weird issue. Has been for a bit of time. When you turn the wheel to the left or right, (best noticeable in a cul-de-sac for example) it makes a little wobble and makes a slight whiny noise. Everyhting under the steering looks to be solid and nothing cracked or knocked out. I know the power steering pump made a whine ever since we had the car. They have checked it repeatedly over the years and insist that it is okay. What could be causing the Jeep to do this? Now i know the Jeep pulls ever so slightly to the right so i cant rule out an alignment issue. A local shop said, yes it does pull a little to the right but it also looks like you have leaky shocks, whatever that means, as well as your tires are in need of replacement. We don't know is causing the issue becase of these three problems outstanding. Only until then can we see. Thoughts anyone?

Have the fluids in the diffs / T-Case been changed recently?

If so, maybe they never put the Mopar friction additive in?? Had a similar problem with mine and this was the cause - well actually they put ATF in the diff but the proper fluids sorted it. :)

The Jeep has 67k miles on it and none of the fluids had ever been changed in the tcase and diffs. The Jeep never seen anythign other than asphalt, and driven by my 59 year old mother. Being that these are sealed compartments i assumed that the fluid would be okay. We cant really throw all this money at it due to the current situation at hand. I would like to do the tcase my self within the next week, and the diffs at a shop. I plan on getting only mopar fluids from the dealer. I dont feel that i should have the alignment done until new tires are put on.

new tires with a proper balance and an alignment. Could be a warped or bent wheel as well. Most good tire shop can balance out a small bend or warp.

A slight wobble? My ZJ had a hell of a wobble. The cure for it was a new heavy duty steering stabilizer.

Sometimes I still poo my pants if I am going about 55 and hit a bump just right.

Yes I remember one of Timmy's WJ's had a wobble so bad that it was bordering on scary. The WJ has a shock-absorber like steering stabliser that do wear out.
It needs to be checked. There's a bunch of other stuff that can also cause a WJ to behave like this, they have a live front axle so there's many many bushings that can wear.
