What is this sensor from?

Found this laying on the floor of my shop, pretty sure it fell out of my parts jeep (seems like everything is loose or taken apart on that thing) 3 pin connector

Just wondering what it is?

If I am not mistaken,I believe it's the oil pressure switch.

Yes, with 3 pins its an oil pressure sensor, when it has only 1 pin, the low oil pressure switch.
