What parts to pull from a 2002 Overland?

Gonna grab some parts from a 2002 Overland tomorrow, right now the only thing I can think to get is the steering wheel for my use.

The 4.7 HO motor is still there, but the ECU is gone, doesn't matter since I don't want it anyway.

Someone took the front seats already(rears are still there) which I would have loved to throw a set in my new project.

I think the rock rails are already gone.

Still has the hitch, I think I may grab that for my new project.

Anything else you guys can think of that I might want from an overland? Its the same color as mine but most of the body parts have already been pulled.

The Indiglo instrument cluster for shure! Too bad about the rock rails.

Unless the cams are worth $200+ I won't bother pulling them. I got no desire to collect parts that I will probably never use. Is it all 4 cams or just intake or just exhaust?

Aren't the tail lights the same as any other WJ out there?

All front body parts where already gone, which is unfortunate for me as the were the correct color, someone even destroy the passenger fender which would have been good for me.

Exhaust tip was there, I have a sawsall to grab it, but I doubt I will bother.

Like I said, front seats were gone.

I think I'm gonna grab the steering wheel for my use.

Was thinking about grabbing the woodgrain, but I think I like the brushed silver better.

I think the Instrument cluster was still there, will probably grab it to resell in that case.

Welp sounds like I'm in for the instrument cluster if its still there, I remember it being removed and floating around on the floor with the other flotsam and jetsam.

The Overland Tails Look a bit Darker on the Sides compared to Other WJ's! Incase no one ever noticed! I like the Look.

The Cams I'm pretty sure they are a bit over $200. I think Scott would know at best!

Well I went back and looked at the photos I took of it, tails are already gone.

I'll keep an eye on the thread to see if anyone wants cams or can tell me general value and if its all 4 or not.

Re: What parts to pull from a 2002 Overland?

well someone got the engine between tuesday and today, gauge cluster also got pulled, I cut off the front bumper reinforce for my project, I left the steering wheel because it was more worn in one place than I remember. I think I'm going back on monday to get a front axle from a different yard so I'm going to grab the rear hatch then.

You need to use a gear puller or something similar.

For whatever asinine reason Jeep decided not to put threaded holes to use a traditional steering wheel puller with.

So you need another kind of puller, and I have found that gear pullers work quite well.
