Can you elaborate possibly by PM? I have a bit of a concern myself...

Re: What should i get for my 4.7

That cold air intake looks more like an extremely hot air intake.

I've gotten lots of stuff from Kolak, and I've yet to experience a problem. I should be making the final payment on his 3" stainless exhaust within the next few days. Hopefully my experiences will continue to be positive. Now if I can just figure out what to do about what appears to be a spot of rust below the passenger side rear door. That's one thing I hate about living up North. I'm not sure I would ever buy a new car up here.

Re: What should i get for my 4.7

This seems to be the only place I ever hear negative feedback with regards to Kolak. I've gotten sway bars, shocks, brakes, and soon to be exhaust from him without any issues. He's also handling a warranty issue on an MX-6 shock. It seems if there were that many issues he would no longer be in business, and I would be the first to report problems had I experienced any.

If anyone wants to share, I would be very interested to hear the details via PM. I think I may already know Sleepy's story..

I'm sure the problems are the minority, but if you dig deep enough you'll find some elsewhere too. I would not expect everyone to have the same experience as myself , or even some of my buddies and customers, I'm just talking about MY experience. Theres other places that are considered reputable to get these items.

Having been a moderator on other sites , I can tell you that sometimes certain people like to sweep issues with vendors under the rug for the sake of making a buck.

I've been in this game long enough to have dealt with virtually all of the big name Mopar/Jeep vendors in one context or another...and to this day he's the only vendor I have EVER had an issue of any kind with.

Re: What should i get for my 4.7

That's a bummer. I'm kinda worried about the rust spot I found. I hate rust, and it seems kinda stupid to be putting a catback on a 10 year old, rusting Jeep. I may have someone look at it. I may also just grind it down and throw some primer on it.
