I wouldn't be surprised if you could find similar tools at your local auto parts stores...they appear to just be plastic pry tools. I found you don't want to pry too much unless you're removing them to throw them out. If you want to remove them to keep them, pry just a little to loosen, and spend more time pulling straight up. If you pry from the outside, the metal inside will bend and never be straight again.
