A-Pillar gauge pods

Has anyone installed an a-pillar gauge pod on the WJ? I stumbled upon this and thought it would be nice. I was just curious if anyone has purchased one before and from where and whether or not this looks legit to you guys. I would also assume that if it fits a 99-01 it should fit my 02. though we all know what happens when we ass-u-me!

Stonecold I believe. I saw an interior pic one time and believe he has them.

Re: A-Pillar gauge pods

thank you for the guidance. I've been on the fence about installing a gauge pod since I bought the Jeep 5 years ago. Doing some "preventative maintenance" and figure its time to do what i want! which gauges are you running?

Re: A-Pillar gauge pods

i just thought of something else. i've found a few different a-pillar gauge pods but they all only say they will fit 99-01. i'd like to think that it should fit all years of the wj if it fits a 99-01. does anyone know for sure or done this?

Re: A-Pillar gauge pods

I would think they should fit all years. Im running autometer gauges now (not in the picture) with a switch in the 3rd pod for electric fans.

02-04 included Grab handles where the Gauge pod would sit

Re: A-Pillar gauge pods

I am leaning towards this for my auxiliary oil pressure gauge:

At this time, I am planning on mounting at the base of the driver's A pillar in a similar way to the pillar mount mentioned earlier in the thread.
