So, I'm still running 2 sets of 16 inch tires that run on stock rims. One set for summer and another for winter. I'm not looking to change tires, but get new rims cause I've got a bent rim.
The stock rims are 16x7 with a 5 on 5 with a 50 mm offset. I'very read a bit about offset but not grasping what changing it would do to how it sits on the hub. Obviously, I don't want to get closer to the inside, so would a higher offset ride the rim more to outside over center, or a less mm offset? Hence, if I went with a 30 mm offset, would it cause the rim to sit farther out, or more towards the inside?
