That's all I see all day... Porsche every where...
Here's a nice one that came in yesterday...
I'm starting to like them a lot, maybe my next car

Re: Porsche's

I have to chime in...I love porsches b/c that is what I grew up with! Here are the ones I can remember that my Dad owned:

98 C4S - Red, tan leather...money b/c air-cooler - best sounding
01 Turbo - White with dark brown/saddle interior - best to drive DUH
?? 914 - Petrol Blue (only heard stories about this one, I believe 78) - ??
91 C2 - Basic
92 America Roadster - Red, black top. This car was amazing...turbo body/wheels/breaks - this is my favortie all-around
94 Targa - Yellow, black interior...great car but i was too young to enjoy

He has owned 7, but these are the 6 I remember. He was bitten by the bug early and has never looked back! No porsche currently, although yesterday he did test-drive a 2010 C4S w/ PDK and said it was amazing!! If you ever watch old Seinfelds check the poster in the background that is of an 89 Turbo from the rear and it is air-borne. They did a marketing campaign and this was sent to potential buyers (my Dad's is in his garage with his last name on the license plate HAHA)...it worked with my dad, took him 12 years but he did buy a Turbo!!! Great marketing...when I go home next i will take a pic of the poster

Some favorite pics...

The Four Seasons huh.... you must be cashed up! I know it well, a good client of mine has a gallery in the foyer.

You know they named Manly beach after me hey......

Re: Porsche's

Here are my best porsche pics; story is guy my Dad knew bought a Carrera GT and fried the clutch-plate with-in 200 miles, needless to say we went and checked it out...this is what we saw:

Before you ask I never found out if it was covered under warranty. I went off to college and the guy left my dad's golf club. Ouch

That's an impressive list Brad. They say once you go Porsche, there is no substitute. Oh wait, that's their marketing slogan but so true!

Re: Porsche's

Nope...Desert European in Rancho Mirage, CA. They are a HUGE dealer (Bently, Jag, AM, Porsche, Audi, Lotus and Land Rover). Thats is why my Dad and I jumped on the idea to take a look at a dismantled Carrera GT.
