Milous,

Any info available on planned size? Is it going to be larger than Durango, extended option such as the Tahoe, suburban size, etc..??

Re: 2015 Grand Wagoneer

My sales manager told me that the new Grand Wagoneer was going to be priced in the $70-80k range. I'm not sure if he was being truthful or if he was just trying to push us to buy the Durango. The Durango looks like a heck of a deal if that pricing is true.

Re: 2015 Grand Wagoneer

This is really going to be interesting to see.
Has anyone seen any photos of a concept car or prototype for the wagoneer?

Nope. I just hope it has an extended version to compete with suburban and also has diesel option. Otherwise it's just a fully loaded Durango.

We can't handle a vehicle much bigger than what we produce now, so that's not happening.

Actually I think the Durango is the absolute limit... nothing else will fit on the line at JNAP. A Suburban fighter would have to be built elsewhere.

...and it HAS been shown. Earlier this year at the dealers presentation.

Right, but I haven't come across any leaked photos as of yet. Dealers don't count, they're part of Chrysler.

Re: 2015 Grand Wagoneer

I read an article where Sergio M. CEO stated it would be a $85000.00 vehicle. I think Ferrari designers were designing the interior. It will compete with the $100,000.+ Range Rovers. Waiting all this time it had better be really good or it will be a disaster.

Re: 2015 Grand Wagoneer

I was kind of hoping for something built off of the Ram 1500 platform. Something like a suburban, but with a comfortable third row. $85k is too steep for me to want to let my kids ride in

Have you seen how much a suburban is these days? A loaded one easily tips the scales into the upper 70's. It's crazy...

I have actually. We ended up in a Toyota Sequoia because the third row seat in the Suburban is capital punishment. My thinking is if I can get a Nicely equipped Ram truck in the low to mid 40's why can't they make a full size SUV for low to mid 60's. Just please make it with a usable seat.
