I wouldn't mind it if it was the price of a compass only a little bigger with some sort of power, but odds are it is going to get a couple mpg's above the grand Cherokee and cost about 2-3k less by the time you add the off road packages.
Someone had mentioned that the Jeep designers tend to check out the forums from time to time. My message to them is... AESTHETIC DESIGN FAILURE.
The front end is a jumbled mess of shapes that do not flow together. The three sets of seperate light housings don't work. The agressive headlights go back too far on the fender and don't mesh with the grill design.
I can't believe any designer can stand back and feel proud of that design and feel that it is complete.
Remember, the WK2 was designed before Fiat. Don't know if that's the reason this new Cherokee is so ugly or not, but might want to stock up on 2016 and earlier WK2s, as the 2017 Grand Cherokee may not end up looking like what people on here would want to buy.
I think the white one may be a Trailhawk version. The tires are more aggressive than those on the black one behind it, it's got the red tow hooks, and you can see the selector in the center console has settings for Auto, Snow, Sport, Sand/Mud, and Rock. I may just be reading too much into it, but Jeep did say there are going to be more Trailhawks in the future.
What in the F is that thing? LOL. The front end looks like the back end of a Pontiac Aztek (which btw is one of the ugliest cars ever produced). And what's up with that hood fitment? It looks like its from a totally different car and laid ontop of that thing. Look at the gaps on the passenger side of that hood. Weird as shit.
