2018 Cherokee - What's New

Jeep Cherokee - What’s New for 2018

Production launch: 08/28/2017
Order banks open: 06/08/2017
Shortened model year: Ends February 2018
Refresh moved to 2019 model year


Realignment of Cherokee Trims for Enhanced Content /Value:

• Sport trim eliminated
• Latitude is now base trim w/ significant price reduction
• Adding new Latitude Plus trim - includes standard popular features at a value price
• Trailhawk and Limited 4X4 - additional std features , reduced pricing
• Flex Fuel Capability - standard for FWD and Active Drive I 2.4L engines

Base Vehicle (Latitude) now includes as standard:

• 17” Aluminum wheels
• Fog lamps and HID Headlamps.
• Roof Rails
• Rear Back up Camera
• Bright DLO Moldings and Body Color Mirrors/Door Handles

Latitude Plus (new model):

• Uconnect 8.4”(RA3) Radio w/8.4” color touch screen, integrated climate controls .
• SiriusXM satelite radio
• Keyless Enter-N-Go (Passive entry / Pushbutton start)
• 17” Aluminum wheels w/unique finish (delayed avail on finish)
• Leather/Cloth Seats
• Leather Steering Wheel with Audio Controls
• Power 8-way Driver Seat w/Power 4-Way Lumbar.
• Front Passenger Fold Flat Seat
• 115V AC Outlet (Back of console)
• Driver & pass one-touch up/down

Trailhawk now includes as standard:

• Blind Spot, Crosspath Detection and Rear Parksense Backup Warning
• Dual Zone/Auto Temp Control

Limited now includes as standard:

• Blind Spot, Crosspath Detection and Rear Parksense Backup Warning
• Power Liftgate
