Yes. My wife and I both have LG Optimus' (or should that be Optimi?) with StraightTalk (Tracfone) service (Verizon) and everything works great. $45/mo. with unlimited everything. The bigs throw out cheap prices for the phone, but they more than make up for it with contracts and service charges.

The really hilarious part was that when I custom ordered my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited ADII my salesman swore up and down a Tracfone would never work with Uconnect and I would have to get an iPhone. Then when my Cherokee came in and my Tracfone connected right up he sat there dumbfounded. His next excuse is well all the features will not work. It was the best comedy watching him trying to find a Uconnect feature that would not work with my Tracfone. Eventually, he finally had to admit that all the Uconnect features worked with my Tracfone and that all the Uconnect features did not work with his iPhone. I just smile when I pay around $7 a month to get all the calls, texting, and data I need with my Android Tracfone while I watch the lemmings pay over a $100 a month for a contract Android or iPhone. My Tracfone does everything I want it to do and serves me just fine. I don't see my cell phone as some sort of status symbol.
