Brake noise.

Hello, I've a 2016 Cherokee KL with a little over 3000 miles on her. From the get go I've had a noisy brake issue.. Every time I hit the brakes I get grinding sound, not as bad as worn out pads but a grinding non the less. I was told it's the semi-metallic pads?? So it's the nature of the beast. Anybody else hearing this?
Chrysler/Jeep corp. said they would replace them with ceramic pads, but if I had an accident where the brakes were at fault,,,,,,I was on my own. Because THAT'S what they installed on the 16 Cherokee. If enough complained , then maybe there would be a recall. So if you have this issue, call ,text, e mail what ever, to let them know you're not a happy costumer.
Ronnie
