Anyone have any experience with a Chrysler Case Manager? I've escalated my trans issues and seems like I now have a very young person taking care of me - she seems like a newbie.

Am I being jerked around?

Depends on what you are hoping they will do and if that person agrees with you. I have had some good results with case managers and also some not so good. Keep us posted and wish you the best that you get the result you are seeking.

In most cases they rotate this position within the typical
office of customer service to give exposure to personnel.
Often they are not "car enthusiasts" but people who have
a job and follow outlined procedures covering inquiries/complaints.
Some are great and some will never be!
I was in the service industry for 34 years both as a tech and
management and been there done that.

I dealt with 3-4 of them during my buy back, which all told took about 5 months. Most were good but one was very difficult. I had to repeatedly use the words 'systemic defect', and worked hard to remain calm. It wasn't easy with that one, I could feel the anger welling up inside me. It seemed their job, for that one difficult person, was to push back no matter what. I stayed calm, stood my ground and didn't yield, and finally they said they'd escalate it. That 10-minute phone call was the one and only time I dealt with that case manager. My 2014 JGC CRD with 40,000 miles was replaced with a 2016 JGC CRD which just turned 1,000 miles the other day. It was my choice to get another JGC diesel, we love the car.

Yes I got a new rig, a 2016 diesel overland in white. Identical to what I had before, and that is what I asked for. I got it in May and so far, 3,000 miles and it is running great.

Did I miss your question(s), was there something else you were asking about? Just let me know.

This would be a great spot for @jeepcares to jump in and explain? My experience was not very good with this group and I believe they are really limited to making a call to set up appointment for you. I have had various issues and they proved ineffective. It was easier to schedule appointments directly with the dealer. I never requested a case manager but think some how my repairs triggered something on the FCA side. Once you get one it is hard to get rid of them. Kinda annoying.
