"Consumer Reports is widely considered a bible of sorts when it comes to car-buying advice. The magazine praised the 2014 Jeep Cherokee for its solid feel, quiet cabin and ease of access, but criticized the handling and transmission. Ultimately, it declined to recommend the vehicle.
This, apparently, means nothing to buyers. The Cherokee is Jeep's top-selling model. Chrysler factories can't keep up with demand."
