It was pretty much determined there is no "ECO" message. See this thread:

Where's the ECO message?!

Who cares about ECO mode? Give me performance over mpg any day. I don't want any of the stop/start garbage either. They need to figure out how to shoehorn a small V8 into the Cherokee.

Right now im testing with 91 octane and it seems so far to be more responsive from the take off as the 87 it seem to stumble a bit. At the track ill be using some of my unleaded gas mix of 98 octane to see if it reacts the same as my 6.4 did and on a stock tune i was running .5 & 3 mph faster than all the other wk2 with the 5 speed running stock tunes and 91 gas.

We can get Sunoco racing fuel at a station here in town. I highly doubt that it is unleaded and would be worried about running it without doctoring it first. But would be curious what difference it would make.

Sunoco 100 and 104 are unleaded but i ilke vp109 unleaded as it has more oxygen in it and that makes more hp. The main thing is to help the pcm from pulling timing in any engine and so far it has worked on my 6.4 but with the V6 with 10.7 compression lets hope it really helps there. I think the guys are looking for a date in oct as it should be cooling off by then. I did notice in the maintenance page there was no mileage on when to change the tranny or t/case oil so i asked 1 of the srt mechanics and he said there was no maintenance of them. He also said the oil change lite will come on between 3500 to 10,000 miles for changes and i think thats just plain dum as oil and filter are cheap. I still will change mine every 4000 miles and i will be using mobil 5/30 syn.
