You won't have any spare time. You'll be out in your Trail Hawk looking for deeper snow drifts to conquer.

Enjoy!
Sassy,

Your TH is probably at the dealer now. Best wishes for a smooth delivery and break-in. Let us know how it goes!!

Mine is on a railcar, but no indications of cross country progress yet.

Side story: Over the weekend we were out to dinner with a retired GM guy. I whined that my Jeep was likely captive under hostile ice & snow. He nicely reminded me: "They're made to be outside." Smart ass.

Remember those of us still waiting while you're out in your new Jeep.

Help. Any information or insights appreciated!!!

I know the feeling ordered Nov 22 2013 11 weeks and 5 days ago. Checked with dealer today and it has been show JB status for nearly three weeks. I think they will be tooling up for 2015's before I get my 2014 Trailhawk.

Re: Getting impatient.......

Got the call this morning that it has arrived and they are prettying it up for me...

Heading up there to do the paperwork this afternoon and most likely bringing it home tomorrow.

I am just glad I had others who were as nuts about checking as I was. Don't worry, I will be doing the daily checks to see where everyone's order is at.

Smart ass GM guy is right!

Pics will be posted when I can!

Not too far behind you on my ordering date of 11/29/13. My wait will be at 11 weeks on Valentines day. Mine is still showing "I" status since 1/21/14, I have "HEARD" that my Limited is in the 100% QC inspection and that it "COULD" take up to 30 days to complete. 30 days is up on 21 Feb and I will most certainly be on the phone "again".

The frustration level is increasing by the day, Lost $500 due to a Program Expiring, had to Renew insurance on my trade ins and it looks like the winter tires I have for my Jeep will still be new next year. At least the 7 month plus wait for my 2009 Challenger R/T was understandable, this isn't.

If this is a sold order you should not lose the $500. Chrysler has customer protection. I reposted it recently, as it was originally posted by a dealer.

Renewing the insurance on your trade in doesn't make any difference. When you get the new one they will just substitute the new one ... And adjust the price.

Waiting is frustrating, but don't let your anxiety create problems that don't exist. Once you are in your new ride, hopefully soon, all the waiting will fade into a distant memory. Hang in there.

There is NO Customer Protection on Programs I will get the $500 INCENTIVE that was in effect at the time of ordering but the Program expired on 31 Jan 14. This can be verified by calling 1-800-227-0757 (Incentive Center). Programs are NOT covered by the Customer Protection Program.
Two insurance premiums for the trade ins (one for each) and YES I will get a refund on the overpayment but the thing is that I had to come up with that extra money now even if some of it will come back in the future.

Standing by and still frustrated...

"Price and Incentive Protection
Price Protection
Price Protection is available on sold orders to protect the customer from price increases which occur between the
vehicle order date and the KZ (invoice) date. A claim for Price Protection must meet the following criteria:
The sale must be documented by a signed and dated buyer’s order which details the agreed upon selling price at the time of order and secured by a customer’s deposit with receipts at time of order. Dealer must print and retain the Order Confirmation Ordered new for immediate production, or selected from dealer stock orders not yet invoiced, and delivered to the original customer Must be delivered within 14 days of the date the vehicle is received at the dealership (KZX date) Must be delivered to the customer whose name is on the factory order and subsequent factory invoice at the documented agreed upon price at time of order

Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection
This program protection may be available when a vehicle is sold or ordered for a customer during an incentive program and that program has expired by the time the vehicle is physically delivered. This protection is available unless stated otherwise in the Official Program Rules. A claim for sold order consumer incentive protection must meet the following criteria:
The sale must be documented by a signed and dated buyer’s order, during the program period, which details the agreed upon selling price, and secured by a customer’s deposit with receipts, at time of order. Dealer must print and retain the Order Confirmation Ordered new for immediate production, or selected from in-transit dealer stock, and delivered to the original customer Must be delivered within 14 days of the date the vehicle is received at the dealership (known as X date) Must be delivered to the customer for whom the order was placed and at the originally agreed upon price at the time of order All consumer incentives must be documented as being passed on to the customer on the buyer’s order as described in the Required Incentive Disclosure/Documentation Section If the vehicle is delivered after the end date of the eligible program, the customer will have the choice of either the consumer programs available at the time of customer order or consumer programs at the time of vehicle delivery, but not both The qualification date is the date the dealership and customer agree on the purchase or lease of a vehicle. The purchase/lease terms, conditions, and price of the vehicle must be clearly documented via a completed signed buyer’s order and proof of deposit/payment on the date of sale. This date can override the delivery date for incentive payment. This date protects the customer and/or dealership for any eligible incentives available at the time of sale (excluding
objective-based and stair step programs). Qualification Date is also known as Sale Date Incentive Protection claims are made by entering the Program ID and Qualification Date"

If you have a copy of the incentive program, see if this protection was excluded in the program rules.

As I have stated before IT WAS EXCLUDED as verified by the nice lady at the Incentive Center. It was NOT an incentive it was a Program that expired on 31 Jan 14.

I hadn't seen that you were referring to one of these two types of programs. Other programs can be covered unless they specifically state they are not.

Maybe a new one will pop up before delivery.
