HID installation and dust cover seal
Just got the HID kit from Xenon Depot. Didn't have time to install the other day, but did have time to start taking a look at what's involved. The kit requires that a hole be made in the dust cover/watertight seal of each headlight housing to mount the resistors outside the headlight housing. Here's my question:
Has anyone found an easy fix for keeping that housing dust/water tight?
I really don't want to put a 1/2" or so hole in that cover and lose the watertight integrity.
Xenon Depot, any answers?

Adding HIDs would require drilling through the sealed compartment to run the switch relay wire to the fuse block. He said he has a supplier that makes a kit for the Fiat 500 that has a similar headlamp situation. The kit has the ballast, relay, etc, all mounted to the screw on cap that replaces the one thats already there and makes it a very simple plug and play install and leaves the watertight integrity of the headlamp. Said he will contact them to see where they are in the production of one for the cherokee."
Any suggestions/photos of a fix are greatly appreciated!!!
