Hot Smell after Driving

At 5000 miles always smelled hot after exiting Trailhawk, Took to Dealer 5 miles from home. Dealer said oil gaskets on pan are leaking from plant and need to replace. I said you are going to change oil and filter then. they said no, would reuse oil and top off. I said your kidding, they said if want oil charge would have to charge. Drove the following week and still smelled hot, Took to dealer I bought from. They found the oil ring at solenoid crack, replaced, replaced oil pump also. tested and found Left inner axle boot split, replaced front left axle. Retested still leaking fluid, found rear valve cover leaking, replaced same. I was needless to say upset and asked dealer to order me a new Jeep. They agreed at $3000. cost to me. Called Jeep customer service and asked for a extended Mopar Max plan. Now fellows they are impossible to communicate with I left 14 messages and they finally offered 7yr 70K $100 Deductible on bad Jeep
I said I wanted 7yr 100K on new ordered Jeep, They have to discuss and get back to me. My opinion I love the Jeep, but quality is bad and Jeep Customer care is the worse unprofessional co I have ever dealt with

From what I hear, all the car companies are the same. Everyone is all smiles when they try to sell you a vehicle, but complain about a problem after you bought it and they go into avoidance-double speak mode. Welcome to the 21st century customer service mentality.

A lot of times, customer attitude can do a lot for the dealer's response.
Realizing that they are a business who presumably does not care to be a non-profit organization can really help. Getting them on your side--sometimes by chatting with the owner--helps as they can often apply more leverage to Jeep customer support than you'll ever be able to.

I agree attitude can make a difference, but sometimes that patience can be a
hard thing to control

How about customer attitude, when you call there 888 number on a left message to you and you call back 14 times without getting live person only a recording. Still waiting for response. Yes no more leaks since last in shop fix.
