Re: Mango Tango and Evo Green

Of course I love the mango tango but the green is ruined by calling it "eco green". Gimme a break!

Chrysler has used the same paint code = PGX = for both the Cherokee's "Eco Green" and previous years' Dodge RAM "Sagebrush".

I don't know if the colours are the same, but the code is the same.

Do you realize that Eco Green is made from avacado peel extract? Avacados are a renewable resource, but how many avacados are skinned to paint each Cherokee?

Agggh, mine has been on order since the beginning of January! She'll look exactly like this; I ordered Mango Tango with brown leather interior, and all the options except the sunroof. Supposedly my ship date is today, but the dealer can't get any more detailed information. I just want my new baby. Sniffle.

They must have harvested another crop of avacados ... my Eco Green Limited has just been built, passed inspection and is now staged for delivery

Re: Mango Tango and Evo Green

I checked out the Edmonton Auto Show this weekend, and finally saw the Mango Tango in person. It's so beautiful! Now I'm getting really impatient; my new ship date is 04/28/14. C'mon Jeep, get 'er done!!!

Re: Mango Tango and Evo Green

Does anyone know what has happened to Mango Tango? There were 2 on the lots here in Colorado in early March. Both are gone now so I assume they sold/traded. I see that Jeep.com has removed the color from the website and even from the dealer vehicle search as a choice. Why would they drop the color so soon and/or make it Canada only as others have said? I have other alternates but I really fell in love with Mango. (My alternates would be Anvil and Eco Green.)

Is this a recent change? Mango Tango was here in Colorado US as of a month ago but now I see it is gone off jeep.com as an available color choice.

It was available in Mexico too. At least in the April orders.

Re: Mango Tango and Evo Green

There are 2 available locally here in the Chicago area. I've been kicking the idea of trading in my 12 GC Overland for a mango tango TH.
