Not impressed with front control arm set up

So I finally got a good look at suspension on my Trailhawk. I could be wrong but I think the front control arm bushings ( the rear ones) are going to be a problem in the future. It looks to me like a bad design. Rather than pivoting, it teeter totters on a rubber bushing much like the old rubber engine mounts. The rubber will fail in my opinion. Probably right at the end of the warranty. Its too bad. Really nice aluminum forgings, just crappy rear mount.
