Re: Panoramic Sunroof

my wife has the pano roof in her GC. I'd get one. Actually I have a JK and I am little jealous because in rain I have to button up but she keeps the cover open and the cabin stays bright.
The loss of head room is along the edge of the sunroof where it makes room for the tracks. I am 5' 11" and sat in a CH LTD with the sunroof. seat all the way down seemed fine to me.

I'm 6'2" @ 230 lbs and I have no issues with the panoramic. Seat elevation raised approx 75% Max.

I'm 6'0 and have a spiked 'do, and as you can see, there is plenty of room...

Nice...is the spike your normal do...or is it compliments of the open roof?

Re: Panoramic Sunroof

Can anybody measure the distance from the seat to the roof. And from the seat through the backrest, to the end of the headrest. I have from the seat until the end of my head 40.1 inches.

P.S. The documentation is written: 37.9 inches with sliding roof, 39.4 inches without.

Really? How tall are you? I am 5'11" and I barely sit 37". I sat in a Cherokee with a Pano and with seat all the way down I did not feel close at all. Probably going to have to get in a couple and wiggle around in there a little.

It's worth the money. My wife and kiddos love the view when they're laying back in the seats.

It does in the rear. I sat in one with it and being 6'2" I hit my head. I had to lean toward the center which is not a comfortable position. However, up front I was fine..and that is where I would be anyway.

Re: Panoramic Sunroof

After reading this, I am so glad I put my foot down (a few times) and ordered it. Now, if I can just put on my patient pants, all will be good!

Good luck with that. Mine has tan interior because I didn't want to wait for black. I told myself that it wasn't that important.

And I specifically bought mine because it had a tan interior. The Pano really brightens up the interior especially with the tan leather.
