Re: UConnect Update Site

The website is rubbish. I believe that you can obtain updates from here at JeepGarage if you join as a member. That's how I accessed updates...

Cheers,
Steve

Re: UConnect Update Site

Worked for me - also in the USofA. Agree, the UConnect site is rubbish as it wants to download a downloader and just complicates matters. Direct download of update from JeepGarage Premium Member VIP Area is the easier way to go for the USofA - not sure about DE.

Re: UConnect Update Site

I updated the Software in my Trailhawk back in July, I believe, when the last update on the Mopar site was put up. It said it installed correctly, but ever since, the FM presets #1 and #2 will not stay put. For example, if I have FM Preset #1 set to 102.3, and FM Preset #2 set to 95.3, when I turn the vehicle off, or even if I switch to a different source, and go back to FM, the Presets will now both be set to whatever Preset #2 was set to. Anyone having an issue like this, or know how to fix it? When I brought it to the dealer for an oil change, all they could tell me was that they couldn't get it to reproduce the problem. Meanwhile, as soon as I got back in it, the presets did it again.

DH,

Did the update in my TH. No such problem.

Just a thought......IIRC, the system allows you to revert to the prior software version. Consider trying that, and then downloading a fresh version of the update for another go at the update.

Don't know if you have the Driver Memory Seat option (3 buttons ahead of the interior driver door handle), but the symptoms point to it. The memory profile includes radio station presets in addition to seat and side mirror positions. These settings can also be linked to your fob so each time your fob is detected, the radio presets are changed back to what was programmed.
