Your vehicle does not show any Rail Car information as far as I know. Just like there is an Estimated Delivery date, it often will have Rail Car loading forcast. I know Milous doesn't post those because they are not very often accurate. But none the less yours does not show being loaded to a Rail Car TMK.

All I can say is maybe Milous can offer more insight into this one... From what I see it looks like it is going to start down the line any time now.

I do know that almost all of the CRDs being built right now will overshoot their delievery time a little.

Any idea when the first batch of CRD's will make it onto the train?

Depends. Some cars never see a rail car. Some are transported mainly by train. While others leave by truck, get put on a train later, and obviously finish the trip on another truck. Those cars won't show rail shipping until the transfer happens. This is a common regrouping process at a nearby railyard. Nearby as in within (+/-) 100 miles.

So there's a chance yours won't see a train and will go the whole way by truck, but it's happened before. I've seen cars get put on a train that never left southeast Michigan. It's really a matter of what else is shipping at that time, and which is more efficient. A train could have space going to Toledo, yours could be dropped there, and picked up by truck. Which is cheaper than sending a truck the whole way. You just never know.

Just spoke with Jeep and they are adamant my status is D1, but were unable to really provide any other details.

This happens sometimes.... your Status technically is Pre-Release but certainly it has been seen that they suddenly jump to complete without officially showing D1. There is one other member who is showing Pre-Release in the system but I know it is scheduled.... for yours I don't see anything more, but Chrysler rep may be correct it may have a slot.

I hope the drama in the football games is as good as jeepgarage today. Can't wait to see the next MOTS update. Hoping all you guys move forward.

Sounds like JustinB60 is doing a "Shannon" on MOTS, Pre-release to built in one easy step. Shannon did see movement on VOTS though, but VOTS is slow and if were not for the 1,000,000 coats of paint(unspecified delay) VOTS could have gone from Production Scheduled directly to Final Inspection as well.

Three days after my estimated delivery I need to go to the airport. I think I'll pay extra for the primo parking if I get delivery on the 7th.

Re: 2014 diesel production

Well if Willx or anybody else could provide my and update on my Jeep it would surely be appreciated. It went to Frame on VOTS on Friday, no change on MOTS at all and other JG members have been built since. The suspense is killing me.
