I am thinking in the next 7 days mine might get built. I am also thinking in the next 7 days they will start shipping.

I don't really think anyone can answer these questions. But, this is what I have been thinking about.

Edit: P.S. I just read a few posts back so I even think more I will be built in the next 7 days...
(Thanks Willx.)
I hope I'm part of the almost all and not the rest.
^^^^ Last line correct.

You will likely build in the next 36 hours (probably within 24).

They can move 1200 vehicles a day without making an effort but don't worry about that. Vehicles are distributed to different lots with some logic as to how they are leaving. Many will still leave on trucks.

I believe there is in excess of 4000 CRDs that will be ready to go on start of shipping. That last number is a personal opinion based on the information available.... I did not sit and count 3672, 3673, 3674 .

Route 66 is a splendid one to behold
I spoke with my dealer yesterday and he hasn't seen a lot of vehicles come in after the flooding here in Colorado. This may not be affecting our diesels but it is definitely affecting shipping cars and trucks to the west. Train traffic is way down here in Denver while tracks are being fixed all around the state and the region. My dealer (near Denver) has many fleet vehicles waiting for the tracks to be fixed before they get shipped. Just thought I would add this to the mix!

Thanks for depressing me right after I got all excited since they started building mine. I would bet the train line to my area (SF Bay area) would be affected.

Sorry about that. My train would go to Cheyenne then a switch to Denver. He said the trains running along I-80 were affected by the flooding. I'm hoping those tracks get fixed quickly as there are a lot of goods counting on those trains running.

Looking at the MOTS page and the Union Pacific rail map, it looks like trains to my area stay on the northerly Cheyenne to Ogden section and best I can tell that section wasn't (directly) impacted by the floods. However it seems that section is getting most of the re-routes for the trains that are affected, so things are probably a lot slower than normal. But slower is better than not moving ...

Thanks for all the info. It's going to be fun to watch all these leave within a few days of each other. I was greeted with your "^^^^ Last line correct" and then VOTS showed "Paint!".

Re: 2014 diesel production

Still holding to my prediction that shipping will start a week from tomorrow. Hope I am wrong, and it starts sooner, but not looking good.
