Tell me more about the audio upgrade. Is there not a problem wiring it all in with the UConnect and various technologies? Are you just replacing speakers or also adding new ones? What was your price quote if you don't mind me asking?

I would be replacing all the speakers and not be adding any, an amp is required to drive the system. The Stealthbox® replaces the existing subwoofer enclosure. It is color matched to the interior. Black works for me, but I am not sure of the other new interior colors.

The existing amp cannot be bypassed, I think they said, because the system would show a fault. I can't remember exactly how they said it would work. The goal is not to disturb the existing system but only add to it. I think it might be 4 channels in and 5 out, but, I'm not sure. (That's how the Alpine would have worked.)

I am guessing about the installation wiring, etc, and the installation but here is what I came up with:

For 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4.
HD900/5 AMP - $1000
C5-525 - $500
C5-650 - $500
WK2 Stealthbox® SB-J-GCHWK2/10W3v3/BK - Black interior. - $650
Sub Total $2650
Wiring, Cables, Etc. $250??
Sub Total: $2900
Total Installation $200??
Sub Total: $3100
Sales Tax: $217
Total: $3,317

Hmmm... since I got the VOTS in-paint message early yesterday morning, I figured it would be completed last night. But this morning's 5am MOTS update still shows D1 and VOTS still shows Paint. Was I selected for the Shannon 1000% paint procedure?

It does not appear to have been completed yet...

I'm in the same boat as you. Just glad to know it finally exists...in some shape or form

Odd. I wonder what actually is going on. VOTS just updated that it's in trim now, but obviously it wasn't sitting in paint that whole time and I'd be surprised if it was sitting anywhere on the line for that long. Guess it's just a 'data glitch' similar to Shannon's (though less extreme). And I'm guessing that now that VOTS is showing trim it's probably done now?

Not done yet, but I will keep an eye out.

Sometimes VOTS gets trigger happy and shows a build before it actually started (10 days in paint ring any bells). The good news is that from everything I can see it will still be done today very likely.
