Yeah, I called back and the previous girl, Jennifer FYI, was wrong...still in I. She just didn't know what she was talking about. I kind of knew it but had to post on the off chance she was right.....

That would be cool, although I hear it takes two weeks to get painted on.

Does any one know how the diesel filler is different than the gasoline. It's curious to me they would use the same code for both fillers. They did a recall on my Jetta TDI to make it more different from the gas filler. I don't know this but I doubt the Export diesel filler is the same. Unless we have adopted a European standard diesel filler.

Maybe that's the problem. They are running around changing all of ours to diesel fillers

If that's the case why doesn't that show up in MOTS per the post 1pm update? Please just tell me you were joking around and it's on its way to Columbus!

Wishful thinking and I wish I could come back and say you were the first KZ, nothing would make me happier right now.... But now you guys see the number of vehicles that are visible to Milous and that is only CRDs. Bay Location updates are the hardest to catch in my personal opinion. I look when people ask, so I need to look at all of the details for that single VIN.

Anyway MOTS for your Tracking has been updated.

Chrysler recalling 142,000 pickups and SUVs for software issues

By The Associated Press | The Canadian Press – 1 hour 45 minutes ago

DETROIT - Chrysler is recalling more than 142,000 pickup trucks and SUVs worldwide because of software glitches that could affect instrument cluster lighting and braking systems.
Around 132,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs and 10,800 Ram pickup trucks from the 2014 model year are affected.

Above is just the lead two paragraphs....You should not believe everything on the internet...but maybe the idea of engineers running around with laptops in parking lots is plausible. I'm still happy to be waiting for what I know will be a great CRD Jeep!!!!

I'm also awaiting some good news. Here's hoping for all of us that it comes soon.

I did call the jeep hotline, and was told that I'm set to ship as soon as I clear inspection. No special excuses about 100% inspection or anything. Sounds like a stock answer for the "I" status.

Thanks to everyone here for keeping me distracted during the wait.

Re: 2014 diesel production

This thread is more active so hopefully some one can answer it here. I ordered a Diesel Summit black interior, which at the time had SILVER trim. I looked at a few photos and now the black interior, must be the 2014.5, has copper and silver trim from the pictures.....please some one tell me this is not so!

I'd probably have been happy either way... My subaru has a ghost in the center stack, and the heater, A/C and radio all share a common circuit board, so its always fun to see what's gonna come out of the vents and the speakers...
