Re: 2014 diesel production

I just finished having the boat winterized and put in storage. I really wanted to tow the boat this year with the new JGC. Looks like I'll have to wait till next year to tow with it - not because that's when it comes out of storage, but when these Ecodiesel's will probably ship ........... Just kidding. Between putting the boat away, and Commando going roque on us, hopefully Murphy's Law will kick in and they will ship any day now. Hopefully being the Reps are in Detroit this week, it will bring good news soon.

That means nothing. There are train tracks right into the parking lot yours is in, with lots of train cars on it. Saw it with my own eyes less than a week ago. My guess is there will be mass shipping from all yards. Easier to do a big roll out from 3 or 4 yards than just one.

Good point...just kind of a bummer when your ride sits there and others move around. Even if the moving around doesn't mean anything! Good to know there's trains ready to rock and roll; hopefully they will have our CRDs on them!

My boat was pulled out this past Tuesday. A depressing time of the year. I leave it in the water in the summers and was also thinking about getting a trailer so I can tow it next year. I have never towed it before but was thinking that it would be nice to be able to take it to different locations.

Have you towed your boat before? I was also thinking about the electronic trailer brake attachment. These do not come with those automatically. Did you order one?

Tow all the time, all over Minnesota and Wisconsin. If you are towing the front boat in your avitar, the JGC Ecodiesel will be more than fine to tow as is - stock. Boat your size will probably be fine with surge brakes. Can go electronic, but more to mess with. Why do it if you don't have to. More than 5000 lbs and I would go electronic, but what i am seeing of yours I am guessing is around 3500-4500 with trailer. What length is that? (looks around 20')

What model? We charter a 480 quite a bit, but he has gotten an R44 and we go in that.

Love to get a p210 silver eagle and just get a short strip instead.

It would not be inexpensive, but buying a second computer would solve the problem.
