Oddly, the Jeep Grand Cherokee's diesel engine was still running. The driver claims sleep deprivation caused by anticipation of receiving his new car, which has been delayed for months, caused him to fall asleep on his return drive from the dealer.
NEWS FLASH 2! (Future date and time TBD): Seismologists recorded an unusual spike with no epicenter. It appeared to occur throughout the continental United States simultaneously. Further analysis pegged the phenomenon to a fraction of a second after Milous announced KZ on JGC Diesels and countless expectant owners leapt up and down in celebration.

But sometimes you drink too much and take the ugly one home...

And then wake up the next day feeling like crap and realize what you've done...

I guess I can wait a bit longer...

Thanks, Milous for setting me straight.

Re: 2014 diesel production

This has been the most frustrating process while buying a car. How does Jeep think that NOT telling the people buying their vehicles anything is a good thing?

BAH....I want my JEEP, we have waited long enough!

Honestly, I wish I could tell you everything that happened before now, but frankly... Right this second, I am not exactly sure what the delay is.

If you read back, you will note that people like Chevy are also standing there looking at the vehicles and wondering why they are not moving because as of right now, they probably should.

It is so close it is unbearable.

I wonder how many inverted pork rectums would fit in a Durango glove box....

JeepGarage members....the gift that keeps on giving!

Well, Ron Burgundy claims 0.1 ft3 of storage, and your link claims about 0.05 ft3 per boneless inverted pork rectum....so there we go....2 boneless inverted pork rectums for the Durango glove box! Just remind me to remove the 70 packs of gum before putting the rectums in...

If they don't release the CRDs soon, this thread may take a hard left turn.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Monday.

I really feel like what's going on now is final organizing of the whole rollout/drive away blitz thing they like to do..

They could go ahead and ship you guys' cars now, but then that'd take attention away from their lil parade down the interstate.

I can tell you this, those Jeeps that were on display last week are no longer there. And obviously won't be good for anything but demo considering they were sat in by hundreds of ppl, and probably scratched up a bit. Which would make sense as to why the Open House was scheduled for when it was.. They probably had em detailed, and are parked in a lot with a few more in Auburn Hills, just waiting to be driven away by reps.. So I'm guessing Monday you all will see movement. They can do their deal for the cameras while y'all's are riding the rails... Hopefully!
