Good news! Containment has been released on the Grand Cherokee NAFTA Diesel and shipping will begin. Please communicate to your dealers.

Good Selling,"

Same area.. They're placed on that same jig and mated to the car with the rest of the chassis. The urea tank, like the fuel tank, just happens to be easily accessible even after production. So it could technically be put on anywhere, but for ergonomic reasons, it's a chassis install. Same with the fuel tank. When I went by there the other day, the tanks were on that same line down by the fuel tanks on the right side, although there were only a few (obviously). If I can catch up to him, I'm gonna ask my buddy in repair how long it took to install one on a completed car. Just in case anyone cares..

Hence the

With that said, it's not 100% over yet. There are a couple of loose ends but there is no longer any global reason for them not to ship. I'll explain more later but this was the "master hold" that prevented shipping of everything. There are a few secondary holds on a per vehicle basis that need to be resolved but that's typical in any build scenario. One of them is in response to CARB as well.

...but they are Unicorn class ships not Firefly class...

I assume a "per vehicle basis" mean that one diesel might ship while another might not? Perhaps because it has not yet had a unicorn bladder installed?

I'm pretty sure they said they would post the KZ update here before the build status page gets updated.

You don't actually think that foolish logic like that will have any impact on my compulsion do you?
