Re: 2014 diesel production

Chiv, you may be waiting a bit longer (not too much I believe...). Details sent.

Edit: And it isn't related to something dropping off of a truck. Damn German drivers...

Dealer stock and Sold orders are all shipping together if I recall correctly. When you ordered, you got in line. Orders are processed in a sorta kinda first come basis. Someone else may correct me on this.

The Panoramic Sunroof is bundled with the Luxury II package. I don't believe it is available separately. What did you order?

I've attached a quick screen shot of what we ordered. 2014 JGC Limited 4x4 Ecodiesel Lux Grp 2, Uconnect Nav, Adv. 2 package. Nothing special.

Same as mine except (regrettably now) I omitted Adv Tech 2. So you have the Panoramic Sunroof.

Re: 2014 diesel production

EcoDieselV6, thanks for posting that. It helped me figure out what was up with Chivvarly's vehicle (as strange as it sounds, your's was QA checked for the same thing...)

Chiv, it should be KZ'd in the next day or so if what I see holds.

EcoDieselV6, as a thank you, your's just got KZL'ed this AM. Expect to see it in 14 days or less based on current transit times.

Airbag went off and... the nice Audi lady called on the cars emergency thingy to ask if everyone was ok (nice to know all of those bits work). I just turned, looked at the dealer, got back in to my Pez Dispensing Hippo, and left. They estimate 1-1 1/2 weeks to repair, or about the same time for a new one. I'm not thrilled by this in the slightest and told the dude he was knocking another 2% off the price on the new one, because I'm not buying the one they just dropped off the back of a truck. So... the game is still on it seems.
It's Fate!!!

Buying sight unseen and now after the Audi story... on what planet does that make sense. The kicker was that after October 31 we would need to renegotiate the price. I told him that I would come in and talk to his sales manager directly. I also told him I have waited this long and could wait again with a different dealer or another brand! I feel sorry for the salesman caught in the middle.
Gary, which dealer was that? You are in Colorado, right?

AFOFFICER (Overland CRD - Black)
Date ordered: 10/02/2013
Current Status: D1
D1 status date: 10/11/2013
Estimated delivery: 11/10/2013

From what I've read, JNAP is catching up on gasser orders after the surge of initial order Aug/Sept CRDs where processed. None of the Oct CRD orders in MOTS have moved to KZ yet...could be anytime. Hang tight! They are moving.

Printed my sticker just now. Pretty cool. 24mpg combined on the sticker. That aligns with what J Pillo was reporting - 9.8l/100km which translates to 24.002 mpg. My current Murano averages about 18 - 19 around town, what I would call combined/mixed driving. This will be fabulous. Hard to believe that in the 10 years I've owned that Murano, which has been a very good car, the new ones get the same mileage. No improvement at all.
